Draft, not for merging yet. plans/gullberg.yaml in Norwegian: room applications, rooms as picture cards, the board's list of qualities/lacks/plans (published plans are public announcements), quarterly budget reports the lender acknowledges or questions, shareholder weeks and matters. Business plan outline in plans/documents/gullberg-forretningsplan.md, wordmark in plans/assets/gullberg-wordmark.svg. Open questions at the top of the plan.
