one_per_person on an alternative (and on a plan need): one record per signed-in person, owner written by the server as by; the form opens with it, an unchosen file keeps the current one, and the older record leaves the list after each send (race-safe: both sends keep the newest).
Send disables from the press, not from after the uploads; a failed upload aborts the send with a message; a refused send shows why.
Klingenberg Bygg: each employee edits their own card.

Tested: tests/jetstream.rs against a throwaway NATS - two simultaneous sends leave one card, others untouched.
