Bendik Aagaard LynghaugandClaude Fable 5.1	e02c18acab	publish: release the matching iris by proxy ... iris is versioned as portal. On a tag push this job clones uhhm/iris, re-pins its portal dependency to the tag, sets its version to match, builds and tests it, writes the changelog line, and pushes the commit and tag - which iris's own CI publishes. The tarball ships the binary just built. A portal change to something the lint reads fails the release at this step. Needs the IRIS_PUSH_USER variable and IRIS_PUSH_TOKEN secret on this repo. Bendik Aagaard LynghaugandClaude Fable 5.1	1ebd800fda	The lint moves out to uhhm/iris ... question_lint, needs_replay, the needs module and the local-checkout loaders now live in uhhm/iris, which depends on this crate as a library pinned to a release tag. The tarball ships the matching iris binary (IRIS_RELEASE in publish.yml) in place of question_lint, so a site that pins nothing extra keeps a lint at current/iris. Portal loses about 1,100 lines and keeps only what runs at request time. Bendik Aagaard LynghaugandClaude Fable 5.1	366ff51a0a	CHANGELOG.md: one line per change, and what each site runs ... Forty releases carried only a version bump in their commit, so what changed lived in the commits between them and in the content repos' pin bumps. The changelog is reconstructed from that history, newest first, with an Unreleased section on top and a table of which version each of the four sites runs. The publish workflow now posts the tag's section as the Gitea release notes, and the README says to move the Unreleased lines under a version heading before cutting. Bendik Aagaard LynghaugandClaude Fable 5	330ab11fe9	Content-hashed pkg assets (hash-files) so stale bundles can't pair with new wasm ... An iPhone kept a heuristically-cached portal.js across three releases (cached before Cache-Control: no-cache existed) and loaded it against fresh wasm - its snippet imports 404'd, hydration never started, and the gesture field never mounted. With hash-files = true every pkg file is content-named and the freshly served page references exactly its own bundle; hash.txt ships beside the binary (leptos resolves it next to current_exe), the shell links the stylesheet through HashedStylesheet, and instances set LEPTOS_HASH_FILES=true. Bendik Aagaard LynghaugandClaude Fable 5	8858336ecc	Semver releases cut with cargo-release; publish on v* tags only ... cargo release <level> bumps, tags v<semver>, and pushes; publish.yml reacts to the tag and attaches the artifact to that release. Plain main pushes now run tests (test.yml) instead of publishing build-<sha> artifacts on every push. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-08-24 21:44:31 +02:00
