`does:` on a plan, at most two features, each `for:` a need: the first card of the front door says what the business does, one role each, headed by what that role gets, and asks for nothing. `shows:` is the second card, portal resource blocks passed through verbatim plus every public view. Only then the offers, as more alternatives on the same page; the front-door warning moves to seven and stops recommending doors. `Plan::spectators()` warns when a featured need gives the submitter neither a move nor a view. uhhm.no rounds 4 and 5 (flat, at least as good per persona) and Tomter Vel flat (worse: ten offers on one page, the close pairs collide) are in runs/. Tomter Vel, flat: the front door opens modestly, 2026-09-23
plans/tomtervel.yaml without its four doors: the front door opens
with what the vel does, two cards for a household that becomes a
member and a neighbour who needs a hand (each with a move of their
own afterwards: the member leaves through their own link, the helped
say when it is done), then the three public lists, and then all ten
offers on the same page. Words lifted from
runs/tomtervel-invites-2026-09-23/words.json by need, the opener in
Norwegian by hand (opener-no.json). The builder warns: ten offers
after the opener, past seven a visitor stops reading.
Visitor qwen3:8b, one task per call, whole card, the plan's 21 personas (20 public):
| Front door | With descriptions | Headings only |
|---|---|---|
Four doors, 2026-09-23 (tomtervel-cards-2026-09-23) |
32 of 40 | 29 of 40 |
| Flat, this run | 12 of 20 | 9 of 20 |
The doored numbers count each persona twice, so compare per persona: behind doors most personas that got through the door routed right on the door's page; on the flat page a fifth of them do not even with descriptions, and half do not on headings alone. The misses are the close pairs the doors kept apart: join versus change membership, need a hand versus can give one, a committee versus a dugnad versus a hearing. Ten offers on one page is what the builder's warning is about, and this is what it looks like.
So the modest opener is right and the flat page is right for six
offers (uhhm.no); for ten, the offers need to share: one membership
card with join and change as its two buttons, one neighbour-help card
with need and give. That is a plan change (needs sharing an
alternative), not words. The branch flat-front-door on
tomtervel/questions holds this build; merge it after that change,
not before.
