Work from another session, committed as found (tests green): - `plan` reads an intake into a plan.yaml (a model decides needs, stages, forms and budgets; a person reads the result before build). - Plans gain `doors` (a first question before the forms, when a front door would carry more than five needs), `groups` with labels that a select may draw its options from (`options_from: groups`), `private` fields kept off public pages, `multiple` selects, and `max_fields` as what the intake said the person will tolerate. - `card.rs`: an alternative as the visitor meets it, in text, so the answering visitor and `rate` read the served card, not the heading. - `rate` reads followup pages from the repo and reports "what happens next" as not measured rather than zero when it cannot. A physiotherapy clinic behind two doors
plans/physio.yaml: five needs, two doors (patients, referrers), two
internal needs (the receptionist's insurance request, the therapist's
no-show). Built with nemotron-3.5-lightning:30b-a3b writing the
words, all 12 pages worded, verifier green by construction. Visitor:
qwen3:8b, one task per call. Eight held-out personas, ten tasks
(the six public personas are asked twice, door then form).

- The daughter bringing her mother after a hip replacement ("the hospital said she needs training") chose "Move or cancel your appointment" on the patients' page, both times. She has no appointment; the heading "Book your first appointment" is written for the patient, and she is not the patient. A heading in the second person fails everyone who writes on someone else's behalf.
- With descriptions, the man sent abroad ("just free the slot") chose the referrers' door. The description under "I have pain or an injury" talks about pain and injury; he has neither, he has an appointment. The patients' door has to name the second need too.
rate.txt is the page-by-page rate from the re-run later the same
day; see rate.json.
