Work from another session, committed as found (tests green): - `plan` reads an intake into a plan.yaml (a model decides needs, stages, forms and budgets; a person reads the result before build). - Plans gain `doors` (a first question before the forms, when a front door would carry more than five needs), `groups` with labels that a select may draw its options from (`options_from: groups`), `private` fields kept off public pages, `multiple` selects, and `max_fields` as what the intake said the person will tolerate. - `card.rs`: an alternative as the visitor meets it, in text, so the answering visitor and `rate` read the served card, not the heading. - `rate` reads followup pages from the repo and reports "what happens next" as not measured rather than zero when it cannot. The football club, same plan, Claude Sonnet writing the words
plans/fotballklubb.yaml, in Norwegian, built twice on 2026-09-22:
once with nemotron-3.5-lightning:30b-a3b on local Ollama
(../fotballklubb-2026-09-22/), once with Claude Sonnet through
engines/claude.sh. Same structure, same 9 held-out personas, same
visitor (qwen3:8b, one task per call).
| Visitor could read | nemotron | Claude Sonnet |
|---|---|---|
| Headings and descriptions | 14 of 16 | 13 of 16 |
| Headings only | 11 of 16 | 12 of 16 |
Not the gap the Norwegian suggested it would be. Claude's front door is plainly better: "Har du barn som spiller eller vil spille?" against nemotron's "Er det på tide å melde inn?", which three parents walked past. But Claude loses on the pages behind the doors:
- The twins' parent asking "is there room, and what does it cost?" chose "Få hjelp med treningsavgiften" because the persona mentions cost. Nemotron's "Meld deg på laget" held them.
- The driver ("I can't coach but I have a big car") and the café ("waffles or a bit of money for the cup") straddle volunteer and sponsor in both builds. That boundary is the club's, not the visitor's: a person offering something does not sort themselves by whether it is time or money. One "help out" form with "what can you give" as a select would end it.
- The pensioner who wants to coach picked the parents' door on headings alone under Claude ("Har du barn som spiller..." reads as the general door).
What this run says: a stronger model writes better sentences and does not, by itself, route better. Routing is decided by which distinctions the plan puts on one page, and the visitor model grades that the same whoever wrote the words.
