# A physiotherapy clinic behind two doors `plans/physio.yaml`: five needs, two doors (patients, referrers), two internal needs (the receptionist's insurance request, the therapist's no-show). Built with nemotron-3.5-lightning:30b-a3b writing the words, all 12 pages worded, verifier green by construction. Visitor: qwen3:8b, one task per call. Eight held-out personas, ten tasks (the six public personas are asked twice, door then form). | Visitor could read | Routed right | |---|---| | Headings and descriptions | 8 of 10 | | Headings only | 9 of 10 | - The daughter bringing her mother after a hip replacement ("the hospital said she needs training") chose "Move or cancel your appointment" on the patients' page, both times. She has no appointment; the heading "Book your first appointment" is written for the patient, and she is not the patient. A heading in the second person fails everyone who writes on someone else's behalf. - With descriptions, the man sent abroad ("just free the slot") chose the referrers' door. The description under "I have pain or an injury" talks about pain and injury; he has neither, he has an appointment. The patients' door has to name the second need too. `rate.txt` is the page-by-page rate from the re-run later the same day; see `rate.json`.
