# Tomter Vel: invites on every desk, 2026-09-23

The first rebuild of a live site from its plan with `--words-from`:
every word the repo carried (hand-edited Norwegian, model-chosen
icons) lifted back into the words map by structure, the new invite
slots given Norwegian by `invite-words-no.json`, and the result
diffed against the live repo: additions only, 33 lines per committee
desk and 145 on styret's, which invites into all eight groups.

`words.json` is the words as used; the next rebuild can start from it
with `--words words.json` instead of lifting.
