Kenny Levinsen 3b4c9267bb Simplify buffer positioning, introduce WLDASH_SCALE 
Replace most uses of Buffer::subdimensions with Buffer::offset.

Introduce WLDASH_SCALE. Set to 2 to make wldash render at half size.
